Zip-lining was everything I hoped for and then some.
The 3 hour Canopy tour consisted of an aerial skateboard, crossing on a tightrope, walking on hanging ropes, 4 or 5 zip-lines, swinging like Tarzan, rock-climbing, and walking on logs. Pretty sure I'm missing something from this list.
Be that as it may, the hardest part was definitely crossing the aerial skateboard. It's towards the end when you're already tired and it's a struggle to pull yourself across. I also got some pretty bad rope burn on my left arm to the point that it looked like internal bleeding.
I wish I had taken some pictures, but it was the adrenaline rush that I have been craving for some time now. I have a fear of heights, but being up there on that course made you face that fear. What are you gonna do at that point? You don't want to look like that scared little bitch who backs out.
Would I do it again? Hell Yes. It also reminded me of how physically unfit I am, considering that with every sneeze today, my entire body aches. I highly recommend this to everyone. You're only young once, you have to take advantage of everything you can still do while you're young. Now I just need to do some sky-diving and hang-gliding.
